Delivery Times

Standard delivery - 3-4 weeks* (excluding hosiery which is 5-7 days)
Express delivery - 7-9 days (selected items only)

Immediate despatch - 2-5 working days (selected items only, dependant on delivery service selected)

A Note on Delivery Times  
We are often asked why it takes between 2 and 4 weeks for delivery.  All our suppliers are in the USA and will manufacture to order.  This has the benefit of ensuring a shade and detail match (things like the lace, buttons and trims will be the same) and  this also avoids any dress being held in storage for an extended period of time and risking damage, crushing or discolouration.   A typical order can include say two dresses (for choice), a veil and hosiery and there is a strong possibility that these will all be from different suppliers.  As we have to meet wholesale quantities on all orders, an order such as the one described may require 3 different suppliers all manufacturing 10 items before they despatch to us - thats 30 garments! The supplier then needs to send the parcel to us and they then need to be cleared by UK Customs and Excise and the charges paid (we take care of that in the price you pay), and, finally, delivery will be made to us.  We then check the garments again, collate everything from each shipment and then make a single despatch onward to you.

UK Shipping
For UK deliveries we offer a choice of My Hermes or Royal Mail First Class Signed For.  My Hermes has £20 insurance included as standard and higher insurance levels are available. You will receive an email directly from the courier with tracking information.  

International Shipping
For International post we use Royal Mail. Please note that we reserve the right to use an alternative service. We obtain proof of delivery for all parcels but unless specifically requested from the options available, tracking will not be included.

Delivery Insurance
Please be aware of insurance levels when selecting your postage choice as we cannot be held responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit.  You are also responsible for ensuring you have selected the correct postage for your area, refunds will not be given where the incorrect postage location has been chosen.  If any item is returned to us undelivered or uncollected you will be responsible for any postage charges arising from its re-sending.

The price you pay is for a single delivery to one address, if you wish items to be sent separately to one or more addresses or at different times, then additional charges may be payable at our discretion.

Most items are packaged in industry-standard postal bags to keep the weight as low as possible while protecting them during transit. Boxes will sometimes be used for delicate items. If you require special packaging, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss this.
