To keep our costs to a minimum, we operate online only and pass those considerable savings on to you.
5. Do you have a paper catalogue that you can send me?
Our range is updated frequently and is shown on our website using high resolution images.
6. How much is the postage?
Postage and packaging is calculated by weight. Please refer to the Shipping & Handling section for full details.
7. How do I know what size to order?
To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a size chart with each style. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we suggest that you choose the larger size and have your own seamstress alter it according to your specific body measurements. Alternatively, please feel free to email your measurements to us at heavenly@heavenlycommunions.co.uk and we will be happy to advise you as to the best size.
8. How do I see what's in my shopping basket?
At any time while you are shopping, you can click on the view basket icon at the bottom of each age to view and amend all the items in your shopping basket.
9. How Do I Shop Online?
Please feel free to browse our products at your leisure by using the products menu at the left of the homepage. Once you have found a product that you like, please select the size and quantity required, and, where applicable, the colour required. Once you have finished, you will then receive a confirmation of your order via email.
10. What Happens When I Place An Order Online?
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. Delivery is within the timescales stated in the description of each item. Where described as "In Stock", this refers to availability from the supplier, actual delivery time will be as stated. I do have a small selection of dresses that are available for immediate despatch as they are held at my premises, if you have an urgent requirement, please contact me first to check availabilty.
