Are your sizes the same as the high street shops like Debenhams, BHS, Monsoon and Next?
A lot of our styles are made in the USA and, on the whole, tend to be slightly more generously sized than standard UK clothing.  To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a size chart with each style.  If your measurements fall between two sizes, we suggest that you choose the larger size and have your own seamstress alter it according to your specific body measurements. Alternatively, please feel free to email your measurements to us at heavenly@heavenlycommunions.co.uk and we will be happy to advise you as to the best size.
 
When should I place my order?
We recommend ordering as early in the season as possible as Communion dresses are only manufactured from January until around Easter and sell out quickly.  As a minimum, we recommend allowing a minimum of 6-8 weeks before your required date. This allows plenty of time should you need to exchange for another size or have any alterations carried out. We can supply faster than this, but in our experience it can be quite stressful for you if you are still waiting for your dress in the week or two leading up to the big day.
 
Can I return an item if it is unsuitable or doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns for 14 days following receipt by you providing the item has not been worn and all labels are still attached.  Full details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.  Please complete our online Returns Form which is on our homepage.
 
Can I order by phone?
If you would like to order by phone, please call us on 0845 009 1787 during our opening times.  At all other times, please e-mail us with your name, phone number and details of what you would like to order and we will contact you as soon as possible. 
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept a wide range of convenient payment options, including credit and debit cards and Paypal. We use a secure online system for processing all online transactions and details are not stored.  Unfortunately we cannot accept Laser or American Express cards at this time.
 
When do I need to pay for my order?
As the dresses are ordered especially for you, full payment is required when placing the order.
 
Can you send me a colour swatch/sample or make the dress in a different size/colour?
As we are not the manufacturer of these items, unfortunately we are unable to provide swatches/samples or alter the sizes/colours available.
 
Do you have a shop where I can try the dresses on?
To keep our costs to a minimum, we operate online only so do not have shop premises you can visit.
