Can I order by phone?
If you would like to order by phone, please call us on 0845 009 1787 from 5 to 7pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please note that as an internet retailer, we will always prioritise internet orders especially where stock is limited.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept a wide range of convenient payment options, including credit/debit cards* and Paypal.

When do I need to pay for my order?
As the dresses are ordered especially for you, full payment is required when placing the order.
What if the dress I like is discontinued before I'm ready to order?
If you would like us to alert you if a style is being discontinued, please let us know your e-mail address, the style you would like (including the colour and size) and the approximate date you will be ordering the item and we will alert you if we are notified of a discontinuation so you can avoid disappointment.
Can you remind me to order nearer the time?
Yes we can, just let us know your e-mail address, the style you are interested in and the date of your event and we will remind you 12 weeks before to give you time to place your order.
Can you send me a colour swatch/sample?
As we are not the manufacturer of these items, we are unable to provide swatches/samples.
Can you make the dress to my own sizes?
As we are not the manufacturer of these items, we are unable to alter the sizes from those on the charts.
Can you make the dresses in other colours?
As we are not the manufacturer of these items, we are unable to alter the colours available.
Do you have a shop where I can try the dresses on?
To keep our costs to a minimum, we operate online only so do not have shop premises you can visit.
Do you have a paper catalogue that you can send me?
All our range is shown on our website, so we do not produce a paper catalogue.
How do I know what size to order?
To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a size chart with each style. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we suggest that you choose the larger size and have your own seamstress alter it according to your specific body measurements. Alternatively, please feel free to email your measurements to us at heavenly@heavenlycommunions.co.uk and we will be happy to advise you as to the best size.
How do I see what's in my shopping basket?
At any time while you are shopping, you can click on the view basket icon at the bottom of each age to view and amend all the items in your shopping basket.
How Do I Shop Online?
Please feel free to browse our products at your leisure by using the categories menu on the toolbar. Once you have found a product that you like, please select the size and quantity required, and, where applicable, the colour required. Once you have finished, you will then receive a confirmation of your order via email.
What Happens When I Place An Order Online?
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. Delivery is within the timescales stated in the description of each item. You will receive a further email once the item is ready for despatch.
